Invitation to the nation wide caravan meeting

first we would like to express our sorow for sinding this invitation litle
pit late.
as it was decide in the last c.c meeting the nation wide caravan meeting
will toke place in Berlin 16-17 of July in AGIF office at the end of this
email u will see the describtion how to go their we will start the meeting
around 14:00 ,so it will be nice that all the people tray to came befor
that time .plz all the people who are coming its good to lit us know or
have confermation,and every body bring his or her sleeping bag with. hope
to meet all of U in the meeting.

Intorduction of the participants.

- local group reports, to be submitted in a written form, maximum of
5min including translations.

- presentation of the discussions of the CC meeting.

- Approval of the papers a) to m) if no discussion necessary.(u can see
this points in the attachment)

- Preparation of the caravan congress in workshops (finance,
organisation of location and other
infrastructures, mobilization, program).

- Organisational: frequency of nation wide and CC meeting.
